Café Consultancy

Setting up a café and cookery school from scratch has given me an understanding of what works, what people like to eat, and which elements are important in maintaining a profitable and consistent business.

Inspired by the cafés of Australia and New Zealand, I favour a simple approach to eating, where food is prepared fresh every day, and looks as good as it tastes. Vibrant salads, home made soups and simple main courses are complemented by freshly baked cakes and delicious pastry. I can provide help in all aspects of café development including:
